The head shell is produced from high-strength transparent resin, smoothly finished to clearly reproduce key anatomical reference planes, including the orbital-ear plane, alar-ear plane, jaw plane, and mandibular tangent point. An anatomically shaped outer ear allows for realistic facebow and facial arch practice. The removable face mask is made from bionic rubber material with a skin-like texture and natural color, providing a close approximation to human soft tissue and supporting soft-tissue retraction and instrument handling drills. A built-in drainage design supports exercises that involve irrigation and spray management.

The shoulder support rod is constructed from stainless steel to simulate the position and posture of a seated patient's upper body, helping students develop correct ergonomics and operator positioning. An FE articulator made from aluminum alloy allows the model to open and close, protrude, and move laterally to simulate mandibular movements. The advancing condyle inclination is 30 degrees, the lateral condyle inclination is 15 degrees, the intercondylar distance is 110 mm, and the maximum opening distance is 50 mm, giving students a realistic range of motion for occlusion, preparation, and restorative training.
