Before you write

• Where is my order? Orders arrive within 5 to 14 business days. Tracking reaches you by email once it ships. See the Shipping Policy.
• I want to return something. You have 30 days from delivery, sale items included. See the Refund and Return Policy, then email us.
• It arrived damaged or wrong. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We fix it at our cost.
