Shipping Costs

We offer transparent shipping rates based on your order value:

  • Orders under $50.00: Standard Shipping 4.95$
  • Orders of $50.01 and up: Free Shipping

All shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Time Frame for Delivery

The total delivery time is split into two parts: Processing Time and Transit Time.

1. Processing Time. 

Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  Mon to Fri

Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

2. Transit Time: 4-13 Business Days Mon to Fri

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days, or experience any issues, please contact us at service@hitmyneed.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

HitMyNeed is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages / Lost Packages

HitMyNeed covers any products that are damaged, defective, or lost, including during shipping. If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition or does not arrive at all, contact our support team at service@hitmyneed.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the matter is resolved.
