Tactical hearing protection with integrated comms for high-noise environments

Designed for shooting ranges, training days and tactical exercises, this electronic earmuff and communications set combines active hearing protection with reliable radio connectivity. The headset mounts directly to compatible helmet rails, keeping your profile low while maintaining clear situational awareness and fast push‑to‑talk communication.

These active hearing protection earmuffs limit harmful impulse noise to a safe 82 dB while amplifying low‑level sounds such as speech, commands and environmental cues. Dual directional microphones pick up ambient sound and reproduce it inside the cups, helping you maintain awareness instead of isolating you from your surroundings. The detachable boom microphone can be mounted on either side for left‑ or right‑handed use, and the adjustable padded headband can be removed when running the headset on a helmet only.

The included helmet rail adapter is made from nylon and alloy and is designed for OPS‑Core ARC and Team Wendy M‑LOK style helmet rails. This allows direct mounting of the earmuffs to the helmet for a stable, snag‑resistant setup in training or tactical scenarios. The adapter set is compatible with Earmor M32 series headsets, and the current shipment may include the updated Earmor 51 adapter or the previous version; both work with the M32 platform.

A U94‑style PTT with 2‑pin K‑type plug is included for connection to compatible Kenwood radios. The PTT features a compact housing, strong rear clip for secure attachment to gear, and a 3.5 mm / 2.5 mm interface matched to many Kenwood handheld models. It is designed for use with ARM NEXT F10/F20/F30 active noise‑cancelling headsets and EARMOR M31/M31H/M32/M32H headsets and cannot be used as a standalone audio device. The headset uses a NATO 7.0 standard plug for PTT connection and supports Earmor PTTs as well as many TCI/Nexus‑type units; Element and Z‑Tactical PTTs are not supported.

The M32 platform offers a noise reduction rating (NRR) of 22 dB (ANSI), powered by two AAA batteries with an approximate runtime of up to 350 hours. Features include independent speakers for ambient sound and external audio input, dynamic voice tracking for clearer speech, improved RF immunity for radio‑heavy environments, a 4‑hour auto shut‑off function and a foldable design for storage and transport. Updated components such as improved battery compartment hardware and revised circuit boards contribute to reliable operation in demanding conditions.
