Stable 150A power, precise charging, and reliable 12V support in one professional unit.
The AUTOOL EM365 is a combined 150A inverter programming power supply, 12V battery charger, and 12V vehicle jump support unit designed for workshop and advanced DIY use. Delivering a stable 10.8-15V output at up to 150A, it is suitable for ECU programming, coding, and diagnostics where clean, uninterrupted power is essential. A clear 2.8-inch display provides real-time voltage and current information for accurate monitoring.
In fast charging mode, the EM365 automatically adjusts charging voltage and current up to 20A based on battery condition, then stops when fully charged to help reduce the risk of overcharging. It can also be used to support starting for 12V vehicles (up to 400A starting current) and includes a battery repair function for 12V batteries that have been deeply discharged but are not physically damaged. Built-in protections for reverse connection, low voltage, overheating, overcharge, and short circuit help safeguard both the unit and connected systems.
Why It's a Smart Choice
- Stable ECU programming power - 150A adjustable 10.8-15V output helps maintain voltage during coding, flashing, and diagnostics.
- Automatic 12V battery charging - Intelligent 20A charging with automatic shutoff supports a wide range of 12V lead-acid batteries.
- Integrated protection and support - Multi-protection design, battery repair mode, and 400A start support make it suitable for workshop and roadside use.
FAQ
Q: Can this be used for ECU programming and coding?
A: Yes. The EM365 is designed to provide a stable 10.8-15V supply up to 150A, suitable for ECU programming, coding, and diagnostics that require constant voltage.
Q: What types of batteries can it charge?
A: It is intended for 12V automotive batteries (such as lead-acid, AGM, and similar types). Always follow the vehicle and battery manufacturer's guidelines.
Q: Does the battery repair function fix damaged batteries?
A: No. The repair mode is for batteries that have been deeply discharged or have suffered power loss, but it cannot repair physically damaged or failed batteries.
Q: What protections are built in?
A: The unit includes reverse connection, low voltage, overheating, overcharge, and short-circuit protection to help protect the vehicle, battery, and device.
Q: What is the input power and size of the unit?
A: It operates on 110V ±15% or 220V ±15%, 50/60Hz, with rated input power of 3.8KVA. The housing is approximately 415-445 x 300 x 230 mm with an IP21S enclosure rating.
