Professional EVAP & System Leak Detection Made Simple

The ANCEL S300 EVAP Smoke Leak Detector is designed for accurate, visual leak detection across a wide range of automotive systems. Using a stable 12V DC power supply, it delivers a controlled 0.8-1.0 bar (up to 14.5 psi) output and up to 6 L/min flow to safely test EVAP, intake, exhaust, crankcase, turbo and various hose and sealing systems. Compact and workshop-ready, it is suitable for both professional technicians and experienced DIY users.

This unit supports two test modes: air mode for fast leak confirmation via the pressure gauge, and smoke mode for precise leak location. Simply add 10-20 ml of test oil (such as baby oil), connect to the vehicle battery, and introduce smoke into the selected system. Dense, consistent smoke makes even small leaks visible, reducing diagnostic time and avoiding unnecessary parts replacement. Built-in overheat protection (above 75°C) and anti-frost capability (down to -20°C) help ensure reliable operation in varied workshop environments.

Why It's a Smart Choice

  • Multi-system coverage - Test EVAP, fuel tank, intake, exhaust, turbo, crankcase, and cabin/vehicle sealing with one device.
  • Efficient diagnostics - Use air mode to confirm leaks quickly, then switch to smoke mode to pinpoint exact leak locations.
  • Safety and reliability - Controlled low pressure, overheat protection, and robust construction support consistent, safe workshop use.
