Clean, Controlled Air for Soldering, Engraving and Welding

This 100W / 150W Fume Extractor is engineered to capture and filter smoke, dust and fine particles generated during soldering, DIY welding, laser engraving and similar workshop tasks. With a choice of two power levels and a three-stage filtration system, it helps maintain a safer and more comfortable working environment at the bench or in a small workshop.

The extractor uses a primary, medium and high-efficiency filter in sequence. The primary filter traps larger dust and debris, the medium filter targets smaller suspended particles, and the high-efficiency stage captures fine smoke and microscopic particulates. Strong, focused suction pulls fumes away from the work area and through the filter stack, reducing airborne contaminants before they can spread through the room.

The 100W model offers an airflow of 240 m³/h in a compact housing (10.4 x 10.4 x 13.2 in), while the 150W version increases airflow to 332 m³/h and a taller body (10.4 x 10.4 x 16.9 in) for greater filtration capacity. Both versions operate on AC 110-120V, include a directional exhaust hood and flexible exhaust duct, and are mounted on caster wheels for easy positioning around your workspace.

Why It's a Smart Choice

  • Three-stage filtration - Sequential primary, medium and high-efficiency filters help remove large dust, fine particles and smoke for cleaner air.
  • Adjustable performance - Choose 100W for lighter bench work or 150W for heavier, continuous soldering and welding tasks.
  • Workshop-ready design - Strong suction, mobile caster base, exhaust hood and duct support practical use in electronics, craft and repair environments.

FAQ

Q: Which power option should I choose, 100W or 150W?
A: The 100W model is suitable for occasional or light-duty soldering and engraving at a single workstation. The 150W model is recommended for more frequent use, larger workpieces or situations where higher airflow is needed to manage denser fumes.

Q: How often should I replace the filters?
A: Filter life depends on usage intensity and the type of fumes produced. As a general guideline, inspect the primary filter regularly and replace filters when you notice reduced suction, visible saturation, or increased odor breakthrough.

Q: Is this extractor suitable for home and small workshop use?
A: Yes. It is designed for DIY users and small professional workspaces, with straightforward setup, included exhaust ducting and mobile caster wheels for positioning near your work area.

Q: Does it require any special wiring?
A: No. Both 100W and 150W versions operate on standard AC 110-120V, 60Hz power and include a compatible power cord.
